An ambitious and fast-growing independent accountancy firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Tax Manager into a key position within its expanding tax team. The firm has quadrupled in size over the last six years and continues to invest heavily in growth, creating a genuine route towards Associate Director, Director and potentially Partner level for the right individual.

This is a broad advisory-led role working with owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial groups and private clients across areas including reorganisations, business exits, share schemes, corporate tax planning, HMRC enquiries and complex private client matters.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of client relationships and play a visible role in mentoring and developing junior team members.

The successful candidate will be CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK practice experience and the confidence to manage technically varied work autonomously.

In return, the firm offers a strong salary and benefits package, hybrid working and the opportunity to join a collaborative business with clear long-term progression and momentum.
