I am currently partnering with a leading social enterprise organisation to hire a Reward and Benefits expert to join them on a contract basis to support their recently merged new business. The role will include but not be limited to the following:
- Lead a comprehensive review of existing employee benefits and terms and conditions across the Group.
- Co-ordinate and collate expert benchmarking and market analysis from benefits brokers, salary benchmarking providers and pensions partners.
- Complete an internal review and summary of existing benefits.
