We're on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner focused on capital investment performance. This is a high impact role partnering with senior leaders, shaping financial decision making, and driving continuous improvement across a large, complex environment. You will be involved with:

  • Acting as a trusted Finance Business Partner to Senior Stakeholders.
  • Leading monthly Capex reporting cycles / performance reviews and investment challenge sessions.
  • Building strong cross functional relationships to support delivery, drive accountability and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Supporting major transformation and planning initiatives.
  • Working closely with FP&A and Asset Management teams.

What you need:

  • Part‑qualified or fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent).
  • Capex / Capital Projects / Investment experience.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence with Excel and SAP.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong communication and influencing skills.
