Signet are looking for an experienced People Systems Specialist to join a trusted client in supporting the implementation and optimisation of a new HR system during an exciting period of organisational transformation. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you'll play a key role in system configuration, data migration, testing, user training and post-implementation support. Working closely with stakeholders, suppliers and end users, you'll help deliver efficient, accurate and user-friendly people processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR system implementation, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Manage data migration, including cleansing, validation and uploads.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve system issues.
- Produce reports and maintain data accuracy and compliance.
- Create user guides and training materials.
- Deliver end-user support and training.
- Identify and implement system improvements.
About You
You'll have:
- Experience supporting or delivering HRIS/HR system implementations - experience of I-trent is essential!
- Strong data migration and data management experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience producing reports, documentation and training materials.
Desirable
- Experience with HR system implementation projects.
- Experience working in a project environment.
- Relevant qualifications in HR, systems, data or project management.
