We are seeking an experienced HR professional who has a passion for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). As the M&A Lead you would be aligning and owning projects partnering with the wider business to ensure smooth running of acquisitions whilst implementing new processes and creating playbooks. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and key stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver superb HR solutions.
Key objectives:
- Leading the end to end management of M&A projects ensuring smooth integration across international markets ensuring you are navigating different cultures and new acquisitions with respect and empathy.
- Managing the employee transition process, including due diligence, cultural alignment, and organisational design.
- Partnering with Senior leaders across the business to align on strategic priorities.
- Driving change management initiatives to support employees through transitions.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international employment laws and best practice.
- Supporting the development of HR playbooks and frameworks for scalable M&A processes.
