Signet resources are seeking a proactive and detail-focused HR Systems & Data Coordinator to join a leading professional services organisation for a period of 12 months.
This varied role will support HR systems, data, reporting and general HR administration.
You will manage system administration, support HR projects, produce reports and respond to data requests, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR systems, including user access, data changes and audits.
- Support annual performance reviews and benefits processes.
- Coordinate professional and regulatory certification processes.
- Support HR systems projects and system upgrades.
- Produce HR and diversity & inclusion reports and respond to data requests.
- Maintain accurate HR data and employee records.
- Respond to general HR queries and provide wider HR administrative support.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
About You
- At least 6-12 months' experience in a fast-paced office environment, ideally professional services.
- Experience with HR systems and an interest in HR technology and data.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, flexible and able to manage competing priorities.
- Experience with Power BI, Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools is desirable.
- Degree or equivalent qualification desirable.
