Overview
Signet Recruitment and Retention are partnering with a high performing, people-centric business in Reading to recruit a Learning Partner/Advisor on an Interim or FTC basis for a 9-month period. The role is based in Reading with hybrid working; start immediately (or as soon as possible).
What You’ll Do
- Run engaging, results-focused learning sessions
- Support the L&D Manager and support the L&D coordinator
- Tailor delivery to all learning styles and needs, for a range of employees
- Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements
- Stay up to date with L&D trends and tools
- Act as a learning advisor to employees and managers
- Support with the process of finding a great new LMS system
- Collaborate with external providers
- Work closely with the People & Culture (HR business partners, Recruitment Manager, HR systems Manager) and others, with a unified approach to the L&D agenda
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in learning design and delivery
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in LMS platforms—ideally if you have implemented one/been part of the process, that would be a real asset
This is a hybrid role; ideally 2-3 days per week in the Reading-based office.
