Signet are working exclusively with a brilliant organisation based in London, a growing construction consultancy with ambitious plans for growth. They are looking to add to their team in the capacity of an HR Advisor to support a growing and evolving international business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful organisation experiencing significant investment and growth across the UK and Europe. The business is entering a new phase of expansion and is looking for an ambitious HR professional keen to develop towards a future HR Business Partner position, working closely with the HR Director to grow the HR team.
The role is a true generalist HR opportunity with a strong advisory focus. This person will be the lead on running the payroll with an external provider, supporting stakeholders across multiple UK locations, and partnering closely with the HR Director. The successful candidate will also play a key role in future people projects, including an upcoming HRIS implementation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day HR advisory support across employee relations matters
- Supporting recruitment activity and onboarding processes
- Assisting with learning and development initiatives
- Delivering generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Supporting future HR systems implementation projects
- Liaising with external payroll providers with future involvement in payroll processing
The business is looking for someone with a confident and authentic approach who is comfortable building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and operating within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous HR Advisor or generalist HR experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and commercially aware mindset
- Confidence managing employee relations matters
- Ambition to progress towards a Business Partner level role over time
- Experience within any industry background will be considered.
