Are you a Contract Manager with experience overseeing and managing cleaning services, concierge, security and window cleaning and seeking a new challenge? We are seeking a Contract Manager who is capable of delivering excellent service delivery with solid financial performance!

Location: Across both mobile teams and large static sites - Barnet, NW10, Hackney, Brent & South London

Benefits: Electric company car / car allowance / company van + fuel card, 28 days holiday + bank holidays, flexible working (1 day WFH, 2–3 days in field, monthly office visits)

Why This Role Matters: We are looking for a proactive Contract Manager who takes ownership, raises standards, and brings fresh ideas - not someone who simply maintains the status quo. You will lead an Assistant Contract Manager, 2 x Mobile Supervisors and 3 x Static Supervisors. Your role will involve managing the high-value locations, controlling service delivery through strong systems and keeping the customer confident in our client's ability to deliver the basics consistently.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead with impact
  • Build a culture of pride, fairness and accountability.
  • Support and coach mobile teams to raise performance.
  • Maintain regular on-site presence to build trust and ensure high standards.
  • Run the contract like your own business unit: Manage budgets, resources and organic growth.
  • Oversee subcontractor delivery, including quality checks and evidence validation.
  • Conduct monthly KPI meetings with senior customer teams.
  • Drive process improvements and train teams on systems.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Visit sites regularly and ensure customers feel valued.
  • Strengthen confidence in service delivery, especially ahead of renewals.
  • Grow the contract.
  • Spot opportunities for upselling (e.g., specialist cleans).
  • Encourage teams to log opportunities via the company's operating system.

What We’re Looking For:

A confident, forward-thinking Contract Manager who is excited by change and motivated to elevate the accounts they manage. Deliver enhanced services and introducing additional bundled services and strong P & L management. Experience managing mobile cleaning teams and delivering high standards.
