What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering closely with Sales & Marketing Directors, acting as their go‑to strategic advisor
- Driving commercial performance across pricing, margins, product profitability and promotional effectiveness
- Leading forecasting, budgeting and long‑range planning cycles
- Conducting new market and category analysis to support expansion and innovation
- Building robust financial models to support strategic decision‑making
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders
What you’ll bring:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with 1–5 years PQE
- Strong experience in FMCG or another fast‑paced, product‑driven environment
- Proven ability to partner with senior commercial leaders
- A track record of improving margins, profitability and commercial outcomes
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets
- A proactive, curious mindset and the confidence to challenge constructively
