What you’ll be doing:

  • Partnering closely with Sales & Marketing Directors, acting as their go‑to strategic advisor
  • Driving commercial performance across pricing, margins, product profitability and promotional effectiveness
  • Leading forecasting, budgeting and long‑range planning cycles
  • Conducting new market and category analysis to support expansion and innovation
  • Building robust financial models to support strategic decision‑making
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders

What you’ll bring:

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified, with 1–5 years PQE
  • Strong experience in FMCG or another fast‑paced, product‑driven environment
  • Proven ability to partner with senior commercial leaders
  • A track record of improving margins, profitability and commercial outcomes
  • Excellent analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets
  • A proactive, curious mindset and the confidence to challenge constructively
