Are you a commercially minded HR leader who thrives in complex, evolving environments? We're partnering with a well established international organisation to appoint an HR Director who will play a key role in shaping and delivering the people strategy. This is a highly visible position, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness, employee engagement, cultural alignment and business performance.
This is an opportunity for an experienced HR leader who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands on approach and who enjoys building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups. The role will be based between two local business sites and will require the chosen applicant to be on site 4 days each week in order to build genuine relationships and create an outstanding culture.
- Driving organisational effectiveness, change and transformation initiatives
- Supporting leadership capability, succession planning and talent development
- Championing employee engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives
- Leading complex employee relations and organisational change activity where required
- Using people data and insight to influence decision-making and drive performance
- Working collaboratively across global and regional teams to ensure consistency while respecting local market needs
We're keen to speak with experienced HR leaders who can demonstrate:
- Significant senior HR leadership experience within a complex, fast paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence at executive level
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational development, talent and culture experience
- Experience within consumer products, FMCG, manufacturing or similarly dynamic environments would be advantageous, although not essential.
