We're seeking a commercially minded finance leader to head up a high-profile Finance Business Partnering and FP&A function within a multi-channel consumer business. Reporting to the Finance Director and leading a small, talented team, this role will drive forecasting, performance management, strategic planning, and business partnering across the organisation. You'll work closely with senior leadership to provide insight, challenge, and decision support that shapes commercial strategy and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting processes
  • Delivering meaningful insight and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
