We are seeking a driven and strategic Aesthetic Account Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering sales growth through effective account management and customer engagement. This hybrid role involves both virtual and face-to-face interactions, working across a designated territory to support key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and aesthetic clinics.
- Achieve regional and national sales targets by managing and growing a portfolio of aesthetic accounts.
- Act as the primary contact for accounts, providing access to business development resources, educational platforms, and support aligned with the HCP’s professional goals.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities using tools such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and third-party data providers.
- Plan and execute promotional activities in alignment with product portfolio objectives and brand strategy.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Key Account Managers, Marketing, and Regional Management to develop and implement strategic customer plans.
- Influence clinic gatekeepers and support staff to increase access and create opportunities for product and service engagement.
- Share customer insights and opportunities with cross-functional teams to support broader business objectives.
- Educate and support HCPs and their teams to drive confidence, product knowledge, and brand loyalty.
Proven experience in account management or sales within the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid field and virtual environment. Commercial acumen and a passion for delivering value to both customers and patients. Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
