Temporary Christmas Sales Associate – Full Time – Commission, incentives and great staff discount.

Christmas is a wonderful time in our stores. It’s a time when people with a real passion for quality customer service can help us create the perfect festive atmosphere: turning every moment into a sparkling, welcoming opportunity for Amazing Customer Experiences. You’ll make sure customers leave with their purchases gift-wrapped.

Of course, Christmas isn’t just for customers. You’ll get something special from us, too. This is an opportunity to gain fantastic retail experience, learning quickly about our products and gaining some real jewellery expertise that you can share with customers. During Christmas, lots of customers come to our stores simply to browse – you’ll answer their questions, showcase our products and use your sales skills to help the team meet targets.

As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers. You’ll be part of a fashion-conscious, business casual team environment that encourages personal style.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions, showcase our products and use your sales skills to help the team meet targets.
• Be the face of H. Samuel and reflect our brand, culture and customers.
• Assist customers with jewellery, watches or gift items and ensure purchases are prepared, gift-wrapped and presented well.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging shopping experience in a festive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required but helpful.
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to strike up conversations with a diverse range of customers.
