Temporary Supervisor – Part Time
We believe jewellery retail is about having great product knowledge. Our Store Supervisors bring that product knowledge to life, serving as role models for customer service, achieving targets, and maximising sales. They also help train new team members, develop their product knowledge, and enhance their retail skills.
Your Background
You should have retail or customer service experience, with a strong ability to sell. Good communication skills, confidence, and an outgoing personality are essential to build rapport with customers and showcase product features. Ambition is key; this role is a stepping stone into management, and with our coaching and training, you can develop quickly.
