We have an exciting opportunity available for a temporary Digital Content Assistant to join our Ecommerce team within our luxury offices in Croxley Park, Watford on a hybrid basis. Reporting into our Assistant Online Trading Manager, you'll help the team deliver an optimised customer journey whilst applying your creative talents to enhance our content for both H.Samuel and Ernest Jones!
Our ideal candidate will have some experience in Digital and/or Trading and have a natural talent for content creation. Apply today and develop your skills within a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment!
Typical duties:- Update website content including banners, landing pages, Terms & Conditions, and Returns pages.
- Optimise product listing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), filters, navigation, and footer.
- Visually merchandise products on listing pages based on data analysis.
- Support SEO updates.
- Conduct site walks to identify improvement areas.
- Perform competitor analysis.
- Carry out onsite walks to monitor and improve site performance.
- Demonstrable working knowledge or some experience in Digital/Trading.
- A natural flair/talent for content creation.
- HTML coding knowledge ideal but not essential.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics/Content, ideal but not essential.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
