Our Supervisors have a special talent for amazing our Customers. Jewellery retail is about great product knowledge. Our Store Supervisors bring that knowledge to life, be a role model of amazing customer service for the team, achieve targets, maximise sales and help customers understand product features. You will also coach new team members and help them settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow their customer retail skills.

Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets and share in-depth product knowledge with customers and teammates.
