We’re recruiting a Jewellery Polisher, known internally as a CPR Technician for our bespoke Repairs Workshop located in Hockley, Birmingham. Our Repairs Workshop, known as the Birmingham Service Centre (BSC), is the largest, single-site repairs operation across the UK.

As a CPR Technician (Polisher) you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of precious metal items by executing detailed polishing, cleaning, and finishing. You will also maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety and security regulations while keeping a clean and presentable workspace.

  • Complete up to 80 polishing jobs per day.
  • Inspect incoming work for loose or missing stones and non‑precious metals.
  • Communicate effectively with the Team Leader, other Polishers, Jewellers, and Admin.
  • Follow Health & Safety regulations, including wearing Corporate Wear or Hi‑Vis daily.
  • Prepare items for plating by polishing and cleaning to a high standard.
  • Adhere to strict security protocols and attend work metal‑free.
