As a Trading Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in bringing our digital trading plans to life—supporting the day‑to‑day running of our websites and helping drive performance through accuracy, insight, and collaboration. What you’ll be doing in the role:
- Support day‑to‑day trading operations, ensuring all onsite activity is accurate and aligns to plan.
- Assist with the setup and execution of promotions, campaigns, and product updates.
- Maintain product categorisation and site merchandising to support a clear customer journey.
- Carry out regular site checks to ensure content, pricing, and navigation are correct.
- Monitor performance and help track key metrics like traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Update and maintain trading reports and dashboards.
- Identify and elevate any issues or opportunities impacting trading performance.
- Work closely with teams across Trading, Marketing, Buying, and Digital.

- Experience or interest in ecommerce, retail, or merchandising.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
