Are you passionate about visual storytelling in retail? Do you have experience in visual merchandising and a flair for design using InDesign? This could be your next exciting move.
We’re looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing Services team at Signet Jewelers – the name behind beloved high street brands H. Samuel and Ernest Jones. In this key role, you\’ll help shape and execute impactful in-store visual experiences that reflect our brand identity and support commercial objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
Working closely with teams across Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, and Retail Operations, you’ll contribute to developing and delivering visual merchandising activities that are aligned with brand strategy and drive performance across our store estate.
- Support the Visual Merchandising Manager with the creation and implementation of POS materials, window displays, and display props that elevate the look and feel of our stores.
- Champion visual consistency across store formats and locations – ensuring execution is aligned with our content calendar and on-brand at all times.
- Create engaging, product-appropriate displays that are practical, cost-effective, and commercially impactful.
- Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to assess how new products fit with existing display formats, suggesting and implementing updates where needed.
- Play a key role in launching new products and seasonal campaigns, bringing creative concepts to life across stores.
- Support new store openings and refurbishments by delivering brand-appropriate, consistent product presentation – including on-site visual merchandising support, which will involve travel to stores and occasional overnight stays.
Please note: This is a five-days-a-week office-based role at our Croxley Park (Watford) location. Due to the hands-on and collaborative nature of the role, hybrid working is not available.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in retail visual merchandising, with a strong understanding of current VM trends and best practices.
- Working knowledge of InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office tools.
- A keen eye for design, strong attention to detail, and a creative mindset.
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – able to work independently and as part of a wider team.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous visual merchandising work is desirable
