Store Manager – H. Samuel – Northwich

As Store Manager here in Northwich you’ll be responsible for achieving the store’s targets through promoting a sales culture in‑store, building and inspiring a customer‑first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You’ll role‑model selling skills, coach and inspire your team through great leadership and adopt a proactive approach to sales management.

In addition, you will manage cost control, payroll, shrinkage and store expenses, and oversee the planning and organization of operational activities. You will be accountable for the store’s commercial performance and stewardship of the brand.

• An excellent track record of successfully achieving KPIs.
• Experience holding accountability for managing the commercial performance of a store.
• Experience leading store teams.
• Experience with target‑setting and interpreting business data.
• Ability to inspire, coach and develop your team to maximise potential and performance.
• Proven track record of role‑modeling and consistently delivering amazing customer experiences.
• Clear passion for our products and empathy for customer needs.

• Basic knowledge of legislative responsibilities (recruitment, employment law, health and safety, trading standards).
