We have 2 career enhancing opportunities to form part of the management team within our Ernest Jones store.
Reporting into the Store Manager, you will help drive and inspire our wonderful team to provide exceptional customer service. Likely to be already a successful Supervisor or Assistant Manager working in our stores, you’ll be passionate about your profession and truly understand how our customers feel about jewellery and our amazing products. You’ll be able to demonstrate where you have collaborated with your colleagues to create success delivering amazing customer experiences and financial results.

- An excellent track record of successfully achieving KPI's.
- Experience of holding accountability for managing the commercial performance of the store.
- Experience of leading store teams in the absence of a Manager.
