We’re looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Advisor to join our UK & Ireland team. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our retail and support centre teams, ensuring we continue to attract and hire the very best.

What does the role involve?

As a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll be more than a recruiter—you’ll be a trusted partner to our business, delivering a seamless and high-quality hiring experience from end to end. You will:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Retail Management and Head Office roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers across the business to understand their needs and shape hiring strategies.
  • Design and deliver creative, targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Source and engage top talent through proactive headhunting and digital channels.
  • Manage candidate journeys, ensuring a standout, on-brand experience.
  • Drive recruitment performance against time and cost-to-hire targets.
  • Analyse hiring data and provide insight to inform smarter decisions.
  • Support key projects, including peak and seasonal recruitment campaigns.

Within this role you will have real ownership of your vacancies and influence hiring decisions – you will partner with leaders across a dynamic, fast-paced retail business and work across a diverse mix of roles and functions. You will contribute to innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies and be part of a team focused on excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.

We’re seeking a Recruitment Advisor who combines energy, commercial awareness and the ability to build strong relationships. You will bring:

  • Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally across multiple disciplines.
  • A proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence managing both high-volume campaigns and specialist hires.
  • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
  • Understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
