As Content and Social Media Executive, you will implement the overall social media content strategy in line with our business objectives, ensuring alignment with our brand aesthetic, tone of voice and key marketing campaigns. Being the voice of our fun-loving fashion customer within our H. Samuel brand and the voice of our premium customer in Ernest Jones brand, you will play an integral role in the effective delivery of all marketing activity within the business.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Brief and manage the creation of social media content that drives awareness and interest, while maintaining cohesion across our channels.
- Schedule all social media posts, working with the Marketing and Digital teams to ensure timings are aligned to the marketing content calendar.
- Contribute to and update the Marketing Calendar for your channels, and report on our KPIs and channel metrics.
- Drive a social-first culture for our channels to optimise the effectiveness of our content.
- Fully immerse yourself in understanding our customers, what they are engaging with on social channels and how to share content that resonates with them.
About You:
- Experience in a marketing, digital/creative or communications environment.
- Proven copywriting skills relevant to our channel requirements.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for social media and all that comes with it.
- A strong interest in fashion and creative media.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Experience of collaboration and relationship building both within a team and with other departments or partners.
- Good analytical and reporting skills when reviewing KPIs and data.
- Ability to capture our brand tone of voice and aesthetic in social media content.
