What the role involves
- In this hands-on, highly collaborative role, you’ll support the Brand Marketing Manager in delivering standout, customer-first campaigns across 80+ UK stores and our digital channels.
- Bring campaigns to life.
- Support the delivery of the annual marketing plan, championing our new 2026 Brand Value Proposition.
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal campaigns, promotions and product launches with precision, creativity and exceptional attention to detail.
- Oversee the full campaign briefing process, from T&Cs and POS to digital screens and creative assets.
- Drive social & digital engagement.
- Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Social Media Executive to manage Ernest Jones social channels.
- Support with community engagement, creator collaborations, and generating fresh content ideas that resonate with our audience.
- Support unforgettable brand experiences.
- Help deliver in-store events, local marketing initiatives and PR activity that drive awareness, footfall, and sales.
- Coordinate with shopping centres, agencies and internal teams to ensure they have everything needed to amplify our campaigns.
- Partner with our PR agency on sample management, event coordination and asset distribution.
- Keep us ahead of the curve.
- Conduct research, spot trends, and bring forward new ideas for brand partnerships and innovative marketing opportunities.
- Stay connected to the ever-evolving marketing landscape to ensure we remain relevant and competitive.
What we're looking for
- We’re looking for someone who radiates creativity and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- You’ll have solid hands-on experience in campaign or brand marketing.
- Strong organisational ability, juggling multiple projects with confidence.
- Experience managing or supporting social media activity, with an eye for trends and metrics.
- Great stakeholder management skills — you build relationships naturally at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to judge creative concepts effectively.
- Commercial awareness and strong numeracy skills (bonus if you’ve handled POs or budgets before!).
- Confidence using Microsoft Office; knowledge of SharePoint or Trello is a plus.
- Above all, you’ll approach every challenge with a customer-first mindset, balancing creativity with commercial impact.
