Christmas is a wonderful time in our stores. It’s a time when people with a real passion for quality customer service can help us create the perfect festive atmosphere: turning every moment into a sparkling, welcoming opportunity for Amazing Customer Experiences. You’ll assist customers with jewellery, watches or gift-worthy items and ensure they leave with it gift-wrapped.
Throughout Christmas, you’ll gain retail experience, learn quickly about our products and jewellery expertise, and use your sales skills to help the team meet targets as customers browse and seek advice.

Your background
You’ll have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences. You may not have jewellery experience, but you should have an interest in jewellery products and brands. A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, with a natural ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers.
