Temporary Christmas Sales Associate – Part Time — Commission, incentives and great staff discount.
Christmas is a wonderful time in our stores. It’s a time when people with a real passion for quality customer service can help us create the perfect festive atmosphere: turning every moment into a sparkling, welcoming opportunity for amazing customer experiences. Whether a customer is looking for jewellery, a watch or just ‘something special’, you’ll make sure they leave with it gift-wrapped.
During Christmas, customers come to browse – you’ll answer their questions, showcase our products and use your sales skills to help the team meet targets, while gaining valuable retail experience and jewellery knowledge you can share with customers.
Your background
You’ll have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences. While you may not specifically have jewellery experience, you will have an interest in jewellery products and brands. A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, with a natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers in-store.
- Answer questions, showcase products, and help customers find the right jewellery, watches or gift items.
- Assist with gift-wrapping and ensure purchases are presented to the customer with care.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets during the Christmas period.
- Contribute to a positive store environment and support team colleagues as needed.
