Overview
Supervisor – Permanent – Full Time
Jewellery retail is about great product knowledge. Store Supervisors are the people who bring that product knowledge to life, serving as role models of amazing customer service, achieving targets, maximising sales and sharing product expertise with customers. You will also support store management by coaching new team members, helping them settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow their customer retail skills.

Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Ability to sell and strong communication skills, with confidence and an outgoing personality to build rapport and showcase product features.
- Ambitious with a view to progression; store supervision as a stepping stone into first management role, with coaching, training and support to develop quickly.
