Overview
Temporary Sales Associate – Part Time
Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for our customers. As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you\’ll play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets. As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry. As the face of H. Samuel, we want you to reflect our brand, culture and customers.
We are proud of our team\\\’s unique personalities and to showcase this we have a fashion conscious, business casual dress code, which encourages our teams to celebrate their own tattoos, piercings and style.
Responsibilities
- Help the store maintain performance and meet sales targets.
- Develop outstanding product knowledge and jewellery expertise to share with customers.
- Deal with a variety of customer enquiries as new products are introduced.
- Reflect the brand, culture and customers as the face of H. Samuel.
- Represent the store with a fashion-conscious, business casual appearance and personal style.
Your background
You\\\’ll have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences. While you may not specifically have jewellery experience, you will have an interest in jewellery products and brands. A positive, \\\’can-do\\\’ attitude is essential, with a natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.

Samuel stores you\\\’ll see our knowledgeable team members devote their days to sharing and celebrating special life-changing moments with our customers. What\\\’s next?
When you submit your application, you will be invited to complete a short online assessment. If successful, you will be asked to complete a short video which gives you the opportunity to tell us a little more about you and why you would like to join us. Successful applicants will be contacted by the store manager inviting you to the final stage interviews.
