Store Supervisors play a key role in our jewellery retail operations, serving as role models for outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Model outstanding customer service for teammates.
- Achieve sales targets and maximise sales of jewellery products.
- Provide customers with product expertise and information.
- Coach new team members, helping them settle in, develop their product knowledge and grow retail skills.
- Represent H. Samuel’s brand, culture and customer experience.
