Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Retail Management and Head Office roles.
- Partner with hiring managers across the business to understand their needs and shape hiring strategies.
- Design and deliver creative, targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Source and engage top talent through proactive headhunting and digital channels.
- Manage candidate journeys, ensuring a standout, on‑brand experience.
- Drive recruitment performance against time and cost‑to‑hire targets.
- Analyse hiring data and provide insight to inform smarter decisions.
- Support key projects, including peak and seasonal recruitment campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, either agency or in‑house, ideally across multiple disciplines.
- A proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confidence managing both high‑volume campaigns and specialist hires.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
- Understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
