About the Signet Collection

We’re the Signet Collection — a lovingly curated family of hotels that prioritise character over conformity, warmth over formality, and soulful hospitality over cookie‑cutter corporate vibes. If you’ve visited any of our properties, you’ll know: we love beautiful spaces, brilliant people, and stories worth sharing over a very good glass of something crisp.

This role is based from our Central Support office, just outside of Newbury‑Bath Road, Newbury RG20 8NR. Office hours - and we are open and flexible to this being a fixed term or part‑time role, or a permanent position for the right candidate!

The Role (in a nutshell)

We’re looking for a brilliantly organised, naturally curious, and quietly unflappable Marketing Executive to join our central team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, and working with our Group Marketing Manager and dynamic Marketing team, you’ll be the thread that ties everything together—connecting hotels, campaigns, ideas, and people—ensuring our marketing feels as seamless and polished as the guest experience itself. You bring order, elegance, and a touch of magic to everything marketing touches.

What You’ll Be Doing (Keeping the story on track)

  • You’ll help shape and maintain our rolling marketing calendar—ensuring everything happens at the right time, in the right way, for the right reasons.
  • The trusted go‑between– From General Managers to creative partners, you’ll be the calm, collected point of contact—translating ideas into clear plans and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Guardian of the brand– You have an eye. A good one. From tone of voice to visual detail, you’ll help ensure everything we put into the world feels unmistakably Signet.
  • Campaign conductor– You’ll help orchestrate and administer campaigns and newsletters across multiple hotels—gathering content, coordinating delivery, and ensuring every piece lands beautifully.
  • A little PR sparkle– Working with our Head of PR to support press visits, influencer stays, and storytelling moments—you’ll make sure our hotels and their stories shine.
  • The great connector– PR, digital, on‑property teams—you’ll keep everyone informed, aligned, and moving forward together.
  • Keeping it all beautifully organised– Trackers, timelines, reports, assets—you’ll make sense of it all (and make it look easy).

What You’ll Bring

  • A love of organisation (spreadsheets don’t scare you—they soothe you)
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the important things
  • A natural confidence with people—you know how to guide, not just respond
  • A sharp attention to detail and a strong instinct for brand
  • A proactive mindset—you think ahead, not just react
  • A calm head when things get busy (because they will)
  • A genuine interest in hospitality, storytelling, and creating exceptional experiences

Bonus points if you’ve done something similar in luxury, hospitality, or multi‑site businesses. If this sounds like you… We’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Get from Us

Working with The Signet Collection means joining a group that genuinely cares about people — not just their output, but their whole wellbeing, growth, and joy at work. You’ll be part of a creative, ambitious team determined to redefine British boutique hospitality one brilliant guest (and team member) experience at a time.

  • An excellent starting salary.
  • Discounted rates across our restaurants and hotels for you, family and friends to enjoy.
  • Stream – access up to 40% of your pay before pay date, and save directly from your salary.
  • Your Wellbeing Hub – powered by Hospitality Action, from an 24/7 employee assistance programme, to gym classes, to nutritious recipes, to clinical counselling, we want you feel cared for at each step.
  • 28 days’ holiday (including Bank Holidays) + birthday off
  • Team recognition programme to celebrate your achievements.
  • Referral bonus scheme for recommending top talent – earn up to £1000.
  • Long Service Awards – dinners for two with all the trimmings, complimentary room stays with breakfast and dinner, theatre tickets to see The Lion King, and so much more.
