We are hiring a Conveyancing Solicitor for a leading Derry-based solicitors firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of residential property matters as the firm’s sole residential conveyancer, supported by dedicated legal secretarial staff.

Who we’re looking for:
- Ideally 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing, but confident junior solicitors will be considered
- Capable of managing a caseload independently
- Comfortable working directly with developers, HNW clients, and agents
Day-to-day includes:
- Running files from instruction to completion
- Drafting deeds and leases
- Reviewing title
- Managing client communications
- Solving issues that arise during transactions
