Signatus are recruiting multiple legal secretaries in Belfast City Centre for 2 growing commercial firms. We have roles available immediately for experienced secretaries within either Residential property, conveyancing, wills and probate or civil litigation practices to join these prestigious solicitor firms. In both roles, you will join an already experienced team of secretarial and administrative staff who provide key services for the practice partners and associates — you’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, and other professionals, helping ensure transactions or case settlements run smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
- Provide daily support to the conveyancing or litigation solicitor across all active files
- Manage diaries, schedule client appointments, and coordinate communications
- Liaise with estate agents, lenders, and solicitors on case progress within the conveyancing department
- Liaise with medical professionals, counsel and insurers on the litigation side
- Prepare and collate legal documents and evidence for transactions/settlements
- Conduct property-related admin including title searches and form preparation
- Help keep clients informed and updated at every stage
