Are you a legal secretary with a background in residential property? Looking for a long‑term role in a reputable and friendly local firm? Our client is a well‑established, multi‑practice solicitors firm based in Derry, recognised for high‑quality legal work and a close‑knit team culture. With a growing residential conveyancing caseload, they’re now looking for a Legal Secretary to provide 1‑to‑1 support to the firm’s senior conveyancing solicitor. This is a key role for the practice — you’ll work closely with clients, estate agents, and professionals, helping ensure transactions run smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll do:
- Provide daily support to the conveyancing solicitor across all active files
- Manage diaries, schedule client appointments, and coordinate communications
