At Signatus, we are partnering with a legal technology company to recruit a Legal Ops and Tech Delivery Lead for their growing client delivery team in Northern Ireland. This role combines legal operations, client delivery, and technology enablement. You will work closely with legal and commercial teams to implement contract review solutions, turning legal playbooks into practical workflows and supporting clients through onboarding, rollout and beyond.
This is a hands-on delivery role involving live contract reviews, process refinement and mentoring internal teams. You’ll ensure our technology is embedded properly and that service standards are consistently high. The position is suited to someone with legal services, legaltech, or legal operations experience who understands how to make legal delivery more efficient and scalable.
If you have prior experience working in a legal tech role, legal project delivery, ALSP, Legal Services or Professional services company in a similar role, this could be your next big career move joining a firm with real momentum behind their growth strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will lead the rollout of AI-driven legal services for clients, working directly with legal teams to review current processes, define clear workflows, and embed those into the delivery model.
- You’ll train colleagues, track performance, and provide product feedback based on what you observe in real-world use.
- You’ll also support post-launch adoption and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- You’ll need solid experience in legal services, operations or legaltech implementation.
- You should be confident working with legal playbooks, reviewing contracts, and guiding teams through the use of new platforms and workflows.
- Strong communication, practical legal understanding, and a client-focused mindset are key.
- You must be based in Northern Ireland or able to commute as needed.
