Sales Manager in Belfast with a salary of £33k–£36k base plus monthly bonus, OTE up to £57k. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
Signatus Recruitment is representing a global B2B supplier management and supply chain risk platform as they build out their Belfast customer growth team. This is a hands-on sales leadership role managing three sales agents initially, with additional headcount as the business expands. The focus is on warm CRM-led supplier conversion, cross-sell, upsell, customer growth, and monthly revenue delivery. This is not a hard-hunter role and sector-specific experience is not required. Full training is provided.
The right person will be coachable, commercially disciplined, strong on CRM, and confident in helping others improve. You could come from inside sales, telesales, account management, customer growth, customer success, telecoms, utilities, B2B contact-centre sales, business services, or subscription-led sales.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Sales coaching or team leadership experience
