We are recruiting a Wills and Estates solicitor on behalf of a leading commercial Law Firm in Belfast. The need for a solicitor (2-6 years PQE ideally) has arisen due to the growth and development of the Private client practice to become one of the best known within the jurisdiction. As such, it presents an outstanding opportunity in the market for an ambitious and progressive thinking solicitor, with experience in private client matters, to grow this part of the company and make it their own. There is an established path to Directorship on offer for a solicitor with the drive and determination to be successful.
Your role
As a dedicated Wills and Estate solicitor in the private client practice, you will continue to develop the practice through ongoing business networking activities, expanding on existing, wide ranging client base. However, you will have plenty of work already in place for the foreseeable future.
What you can offer
You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Solicitor specialising in Wills and Estates who is adept in advising clients referred from corporate and commercial practice areas. You should be familiar with Lexcel standards, IIP and Home Charter obligations.
If you are TEP or STEP qualified, then this will be highly desirable but non-essential.
Solicitors with an established network in NI will be of keen interest; however, we are also open to considering experienced solicitors returning from abroad who have the relevant skillsets and are E&W, NI, or ROI qualified. Solicitors of greater PQE level will be considered for a higher-level appointment.
Your rewards
You will receive a fantastic salary circa (£35,000-£45,000) together with a leading performance rate Bonus plus additional company benefits. Aside from the monetary reward, this is a fantastic career move to boost your reputation in the marketplace and propel your career upwards.
