Your new role
Our client is a renowned employment law practice based in Belfast offering full suite employment law services to a diverse client base including Trade Union members. They are looking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor and will consider all applicants from 4+ PQE to senior, senior associate and Director levels. This firm are regularly and consistently instructed on some of the most significant and exciting employment law cases in the jurisdiction.
What will I do?
As an experienced employment solicitor, you will have a fantastic level of autonomy to manage your caseload and provide supervisory function within the department to more junior solicitors and paralegals. There is an excellent opportunity for growth as the most experienced solicitor in the department.
You will be entering a very highly regarded and experienced law firm who have a reputation for providing excellent client service to Trade Unions and individuals facing employment issues. You will have the opportunity to represent clients before the Employment, Industrial & Fair Employment Tribunals and the Northern Ireland Court of Appeal, Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court in Ireland.
The Candidate
This role is ideally suited to candidates with 4+ years PQE in a specialist employment law role and a solicitor who has experience dealing with trade Union workloads. Senior applicants are particularly sought after especially if you have prior trade union work experience.
