Signatus are recruiting a Dispute Resolution Solicitor for our all-island client, based in Belfast city centre. Your new role: You will gain exposure to complex and interesting commercial court work and be involved in and occasionally take a lead in high-profile cases. Working closely and in partnership with your clients, you will manage and mitigate risk to their business by resolving disputes efficiently and quickly either by means of litigation, arbitration, mediation, or expert determination. With the strength and depth of resources of this international law firm, your clients will have access to expert advice and assistance, no matter what the problem is that they are facing.
Your new clients: Your clients will span a range of industry sectors including but not limited to banking, retail, agri, software and technology, government and public sector as well as energy and renewables, media and entertainment.
You: We are particularly interested in recruiting a solicitor who is either NQ with a sound understanding of the commercial court, or a solicitor with up to 4 years PQE handling business-critical disputes. Critical thinking, commercial awareness, and persuasive skills are all key components of your success in this role. The firm will support you with a strong emphasis on career development and provide a friendly inclusive work environment to thrive in. Ideally, you will have NI or dual qualification, but all recognized solicitor qualifications will be considered if the litigation experience is present.
