We are currently looking for a part-time Client Services Assistant with extensive experience in corporate city firms. The ideal candidate will be a positive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The role combines both reception and hospitality duties, where you will be responsible for providing guests with the best possible service. Day to day, you will be supporting the hospitality and events teams in coordinating meeting rooms, serving food and drinks, managing the switchboard and general administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will therefore have previous reception experience, as well as strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The client is seeking a professional and discreet individual with a proactive attitude who can be relied on to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The position is Monday-Friday from 12pm-5:30pm, however a degree of flexibility is required to assist with occasional evening events. Strong computer skills as well as excellent written and spoken English are essential.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a corporate firm is essential.
