Our client is seeking a highly organised, discreet, and proactive hybrid Family PA to support the smooth running of a large countryside household. This role combines administrative support with hands‑on household coordination.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, hybrid (combination of remote work and on‑site support)
- Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 gross per annum
Overview
The PA will work closely with the Principal, providing day‑to‑day support both remotely and in person, overseeing household operations, recruiting additional staff, and coordinating schedules, travel and external services. The family require someone capable, calm, and efficient who can manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs. One parent spends six months of the year at the residence and will require additional scheduling, travel coordination and support during those periods.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Managing household administration and acting as first point of contact for the family
- Overseeing recruitment for household roles
- Coordinating maintenance teams, contractors and service providers
- Planning and arranging flights, travel, and family holidays
- Supporting the Principal’s business schedule, including travel twice weekly to Buxton (remote support possible)
- Diary management, email handling, reminders and general organisational support liaising with on‑site staff including Chef and Housekeepers
- Handling personal errands and ad hoc tasks for the family always maintaining confidentiality and discretion
