The ideal person will be a team player, happy to muck in and help where needed, and have a high attention to detail.
The oldest is in school and the middle child is at nursery. Mum usually does the school runs in the morning so you will have the baby in the mornings. The afternoons are played by ear depending on what activities the children have.
The children are generally in a good routine and the family has good systems in place to make sure mornings and evenings run smoothly.
During the weekends, Mum & Dad like to have one on one time with each child, so you’ll be in charge of planning activities for the other two children.
The role is a mix of sole and shared charge, so having a strong line of communication with Mum is essential. Mum is very happy for the nannies to organise activities and outings for the children as long as this is discussed in advance.
They have a housekeeper, but would like the nanny to be happy to pitch in (e.g. unloading the dishwasher, wiping the surfaces after breakfast, etc.).
They do travel in school holidays.
Duties included but not limited to:
-
Nursery duties
-
Meal prep and cooking nutritious meals for the children
-
School runs
-
Travel with the family
-
Nannies arrange the rota between themselves ensuring cover 365 days per year.
