This busy family is looking for a proactive nanny/PA for their 3 children aged 14,12 & 10.

Overview
The children have extremely busy schedules, so they are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and can take initiative. The role is approx. 70% PA duties.
Mum does most high level booking of activities, but tends to leave it to you to deal with logistics. The children\’s activities take them abroad for competitions, so whilst you don\’t need to accompany them on the trips, you may be required to proxy parents if both parents are away at the same time.
When the children are at school, you\’ll be responsible for duties such as grocery shopping, batch cooking, and nursery duties.
Normal working hours are:
- 11am/12pm-9pm Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
- 9am-6pm Wednesday & Friday
- 2 nights babysitting per week
They have 2 large dogs and a cat.There are other members of staff who generally look after them, but they may need you to walk the dogs if the family is away.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Managing the children\’s busy schedules, including the use of shared calendars and Excel spreadsheets
- Driving the children to school and sports lessons
- Children\’s nursery duties
