We are looking for a family PA to ensure the smooth and professional management of both the family's business and personal affairs from their office in West London.

Overview
Our client is looking for a PA to join their newly established office, supporting the principals in managing their home life as well as liaising with their family offices in the UK and Europe to help with any of their overlapping business needs. The role is predominantly office based working closely with the principal and will require you to be able to work autonomously and proactively, whilst communicating effectively with the principal and other stakeholders. You should possess strong prioritisation, flexibility, patience, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Manage diaries and emails
- Coordinate and plan travel (both business and family)
- Liaise with household staff to make suitable arrangements for the family, including property managers at their other properties in the UK and Europe
- Office administration such as phone calls, pay invoices and order supplies
- Assist with personal shopping
- Organise events and meetings
- Manage and implement maintenance and service schedules for properties and vehicles
Key Criteria
- Proven experience with checkable references working as a PA in a family office.
- Strong IT skills
- Driving licence essential
- The ability to work 5 days per week in the office.
