Purchasing Assistant - Farnham Common, Slough We're looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join Signature Senior Lifestyle and provide administrative support to our Procurement Team.

You'll work closely with suppliers and colleagues across the business, maintaining accurate records and supporting procurement processes from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to the Procurement Team.
Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation.
Coordinating supplier communications and responding to routine enquiries.
Assisting with purchase orders and supplier information.
Supporting the efficient administration of procurement processes.
Helping to ensure procurement documentation is accurate, up to date and compliant.
What we’re looking for You'll have: Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
An interest in procurement and supply chain management.
Working towards, or interested in studying for, a CIPS qualification would be an advantage, although this is not essential.
