Working across a range of departments including Housekeeping, Kitchen and Food & Beverage our Hospitality Assistants will provide a first class service to help us to deliver amazing experiences for our residents and go the extra mile. Responsibilities will vary on each shift depending on which department you are supporting. In Housekeeping, youll apply your high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to our residents homes and communal living spaces, to ensure theyre spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Youll also be working in laundry ensuring residents clothing and the homes laundry are kept clean. Youll also support the Head Chef and their team in the kitchens to manage and deliver all catering services throughout the home. Youll prepare nutritional food and beverages to a high standard for our residents and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas at all times. Working in Food & Beverage youll welcome residents in, explain menu choices in a clear, concise way, serve food from the kitchen and take pride in keeping the dining room spotlessly clean. Youll reset tables, tidy work areas and prepare the food service areas for the next service. What were looking for We are kind and compassionate. Positive and resilient. Proactive and organised.
