We have an exciting opportunity to join our Recruitment Team for a 12 month fixed term contract as a Resourcing and Onboarding Specialist as we expand our portfolio with the opening of 3 new homes. If you have experience of volume recruitment and HR administration to ensure our new hires are qualified and compliant to work then this could be the role for you.

Your Role at Signature:

As an experienced Resourcing and Onboarding Specialist, you will ensure vacancies are advertised on our ATS and manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial application. Working closely with the Recruitment Partner, you will be recruiting for a diverse range and level of roles across our current portfolio and our three new homes which are opening in 2026. You will be responsible for placing job adverts, CV screening, telephone interviews, arranging interviews, processing offers and supporting the homes with onboarding ensuring all candidates are fully compliant before hired.

A key part of your role will be ensuring a sufficient volume and quality of candidates through advertising and CV searching, reacting to shifting needs and advising on recruitment best practices for each role. You’ll proactively search for candidates using multiple channels and also promote your vacancies across our social media platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working in a similar role within the Health and Social care sector is required. Experience of using an ATS system is essential along with knowledge of compliance and onboarding.
