We have an exciting new opportunity to join Signature Senior Lifestyle asa Peripatetic General Manager as we expandour portfolio with 3 brand new purpose built Care and Nursing Homes. As a Peripatetic General Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business as we grow. What Signature Offer The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. Up to £90,000 per annum plus the potential to earn a 50% salary bonus Up to 30 days annul leave, starting at 25 plus 8 bank holidays depending on length of services Private medical insurance and company sick pay Life Assurance Scheme Workforce Pension with matching contributions, discounts at many retails and so much more Reimbursement of NMC Registration Fees (if applicable) Your Role at Signature Our General Manager will be an inspired leader, understanding and contributing to the Signature strategy, and implementing it at a local level. Youll be the role model for all of Signatures values, and youll inspire your team to embody them too. Youll be responsible for the success of your home, which spans financial results, resident satisfaction, team engagement and external regulatory outcomes. Youll also drive the development and growth of your team members. Youll use your specialist knowledge to ensure the delivery of all our care services to the highest standard. Youll oversee the homes finances, including managing the sales team and ensuring they deliver on revenue targets, as well as budget planning and cost control.
