Responsibilities
- Efficiently run all housekeeping services, carry out equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
- Provide a consistent high level of service through efficient staff and cleaning rotas.
- Deal with complaints promptly and directly, reporting them to the hospitality manager and ensuring lessons are learned for the future.
- Possess an excellent knowledge of the COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) regulations and ensure all staff are fully trained, maintaining maximum levels of cleanliness, health and safety.
- Work across Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Wellbeing & Lifestyle departments, with responsibilities varying depending on which department you support.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
- Confident leader with supervisory experience and knowledge of Health & Safety.
- IT literate, flexible, a great manager of workload, calm under pressure, energetic, proactive, flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to work outside normal hours in emergency situations and a full, clean driving licence are a big advantage.
